The 10th Destroyer Flotilla  had a flag similar to HM Tribals except it read "10th DF". At the Canadian Destroyer Tribal Reunion held in Plymouth, England in 2000, both flags (referred to as the "Colours and Standards"), were presented to the Naval Museum in the Royal Devonport Dockyard.
